OVERVIEW
At OdameTech, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@odametech.com with your order number and reason for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used or damaged items not due to our error

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@odametech.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
